Following our historic 1st AGM on 23 May 2026, we are now officially the Persatuan Pemilik Residensi Hijauan Pantai (PPRHP). We coordinate buyers, navigate the liquidation process, and push for a definitive rescue plan for our abandoned project.

We are now the Persatuan Pemilik Residensi Hijauan Pantai (PPRHP). On 23 May 2026, over 300 verified buyers united at our 1st Annual General Meeting to elect a new committee and solidify our mandate. We pool our resources to navigate Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia (JIM), negotiate potential liquidator appointments, and demand intervention from KPKT and DBKL.

Liquidator & Legal Navigation

We guide buyers through the complex insolvency process, coordinate Proof of Debt (Form 55) submissions to JIM, and are actively obtaining proposals from potential liquidators to ensure buyer interests are protected.

Government & Agency Engagement

We represent the buyers in formal meetings with KPKT, DBKL, and elected MPs. We recently pushed for the project status to be updated to “Projek Terbengkalai” and are demanding further intervention.

Buyer Support & Communication

We ensure no buyer is left in the dark. We are currently engaging banks for moratoriums, interest relief, and repayment support, while keeping buyers updated on the required documentation for the revival process.

How you can support:

  • Submit Your POD: If you haven’t filed your Form 55 with JIM Shah Alam, follow our guide and submit it preferably before July 2026.
  • Prepare Your Documents: We will soon require your full SPA, IC copies, and accurate bank disbursement amounts to aid the liquidator assessment.
  • Volunteer: We are actively looking for support in Legal, Technical/Construction, Content Creation, and Remonstration planning. Contact us if you can help!
