๐ŸŒฟ April 2026 Update: Impero Land Wound Up & What We Must Do Next

April arrives with a critical turning point for all Residensi Hijauan Pantai (RHP) buyers. The latest checks have confirmed a major development regarding the developer’s status, triggering an immediate escalation of our collective actions.

(1) Impero Land Officially Wound Up

It has been confirmed that the developer, Impero Land, has officially been wound up and is bankrupt (“sudah bungkus”). This is a massive shift that changes the entire situation. The developer’s collapse forces the focus entirely onto the government, as the Ministry of Local Government Development (KPKT) must now properly address what happens to the project and the buyers.

(2) Coordinated Mass Email Campaign to KPKT

To ensure our voices are not ignored, the Buyer Action Committee (BAC) has reviewed and released an official email template for a mass pressure campaign.

  • Buyers are instructed to flood the inboxes of KPKT politely but firmly to demand answers and create a record of urgency.
  • To guarantee transparency and prevent the issue from being buried in a single inbox, buyers must CC key stakeholders.
  • These stakeholders include the Prime Minister (PMX), the Agong, YB Pantai (Fahmi Fadzil), and Jabatan Wilayah Persekutuan (JWP).

(3) Amplifying Our Voice on Social Media

The committee is aggressively mobilizing buyers to hijack the public narrative on social media.

  • Members are actively tracking new posts by politicians (including Instagram Reels and Facebook posts) and directing buyers to “spam” the comment sections.
  • A standardized template is being deployed to maintain a unified message: “YB, bantu kami pembeli Residensi Hijauan Pantai. Projek terbengkalai, pemaju sudah bungkus. Kami masih bayar, tapi tiada rumah. Tolong jangan abaikan nasib kami.”.
  • The committee strongly encourages everyone’s proactiveness in spotting these posts and dropping comments immediately.

(4) TTPM Tribunal Filings for Deposit Recovery

Action is also being taken regarding financial recovery. The committee has distributed the necessary forms and guided buyers to file claims online via the Tribunal (TTPM) at https://ttpm.kpdn.gov.my.

  • It is crucial to understand that this Tribunal route is strictly limited to opening cases to claim back the initial deposits.
  • Liquidated Ascertained Damages (LAD) and Letters of Demand (LOD) cannot be pursued through this specific Tribunal avenue.

We are not alone, and we are not giving up. Every single email and comment counts. Please do not assume others will do it for you. Together, using structure, documentation, and unity, we will push for what should have been delivered from day one.
